- If additional tourist attractions or destinations are added after the booking has been confirmed, the rental price will be recalculated accordingly.
- All Hiace rental rates published on the official Leko Trans website are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rental prices include fuel and the services of a professional driver.
- Rental prices do not include parking fees, driver gratuities, toll charges, driver’s accommodation (if required), inter-island ferry fees, entrance tickets, or any other personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
- The rental period is calculated according to the dates agreed upon at the time of booking. If the vehicle is used beyond the agreed rental dates, an additional full-day rental charge will apply.
- If the rental exceeds the agreed daily usage time, an overtime charge of 10% of the daily rental rate per hour will be applied.
- Any Down Payment (DP) made to confirm the booking is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- For city sightseeing tours, the maximum vehicle usage is 10 hours within the same day.
- For out-of-town tours, the maximum vehicle usage is 12 hours within the same day.
- The remaining rental balance must be paid no later than one day before the scheduled departure date.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking. Please note that if the booking is cancelled for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
