👉 Taman Ayun Temple
located at Mengwi distric formerly when it just completed had been purified in year 1634 which is called by Taman Ahyun Temple. The Ahyun’s word is derived from Hyun that means desire, so the Ahyun means desire. Taman Ahyun Temple means a temple that was established in a park (pond with beautiful flower garden) that can fulfill the desire. Taman Ayun Temple is a god manifestation as Lord Vishnu who also worshiped at Puncak Gunung Mangu (on the top of Mangu Mount). In Lontar Dwijendra Tattwa had been described that Danghyang Nirartha (a Hindu Priest spread out the Hinduism in Bali) on his holy journey ever done yoga in a place with a spring surrounded by trees and blooming flowers with flows river just located in east side of his yoga site. The area was later named by ‘Taman Sari or Taman Wulakan Temple’, meanwhile the surrounding area is called by Mangapuri. This Mangapuri word has been predicted turn into Mangui and now become Mengwi.
👉 Alas Kedaton
Monkey Forest is located in Kukuh Village, Marga District and Tabanan Regency. It is a small rain forest with 12 hectares size of land located in Marga district, Tabanan Regency, west part of Bali Island. This forest is dwelt by the group of monkeys where there is a secret Hindu temple residing in this forest surrounded by the pure natures and fresh atmosphere that create more secret and serenity. This forest is now opened for public where it was appointed as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. he monkeys living in Alas Kedaton are included in Macaca Fascicularis clan that most monkeys living in other forest in Bali too. We can also find the big baths (Pteropus vampyrus) are living in this forest and 24 types of trees identified include Dau, Mahogany, Adeng, Salam and Klampuak. The leaf of Dau, Salam and Klampuak trees are the food of monkeys.
👉 Ulundanu Temple
is strategically located in the hearth of Bedugul, one of the famous tourist destinations in Bali Island. It is set on the beautiful lake of Beratan and just beside of the main road from Denpasar to Singaraja town. History of Ulun Danu Beratan can be known based on archeological data and historical data that contained in Mengwi chronicle. There is a sarcophagus in form of a stone and a board on the left of Ulun Danu Beratan Temple that is come from the megalithic tradition around 500 BC. Both artifacts are now placed on each Bebaturan (terrace). It can be predicted that the location where the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple had been used as a place to carry out the ritual since Megalithic era. so the Ulun Danu Beratan is meaning a ruler or Danu Goddess. The ceremony held on Anggara Kliwon Madangsia ( Tuesday, Balinese calendar ) Saka year 1556 ( 1634 AD)
👉 Tanah Lot Temple
is a beautiful tourist destination bless by the stoning panorama of a Hindu Temple set on the rock and circle by the sea water situated in Tabanan regency, west part of Bali regency. It is one of the famous tourist destinations that’s many visit by tourist every day and to be a main place to visit on the favorite Tanah Lot tour.
