Particulars of my students’ tour group are as follow;

1. Airport transfers on 26 May and 31 May 2017 ,

We are arranging a group trip to Bali during the week of August 6th – 12th and will need transportation for a few of these days and would like to get some estimates if you are able to support our needs. Below are the details:

• Sunday August 6th, need mid-size bus/van to go back and forth from the airport and our hotel – Pan Pacific Nirwana Resort – to bring our guests to the hotel.  We will have approximately 40 total guests that will be arriving at different times during the day.  We will provide specific times/details once we have everyone’s flight information.
• Wednesday August 9th – Need two 20 person busses to transport our group from the Pan Pacific Resort to our next hotel Bali Tamansari (Pemuteran).  We will want to make tourist stop along the way in Ubud (monkey forest, market, & lunch), the top  of the mountain to overlook the rice paddies, & at lake Bratan to see the temple.  We would want to be picked up around 9am before making our way to Ubud and finally arrive at Bali Tamansari Hotel around 6 or 7pm.
• Friday August 11th – Need one 20 person bus to transport some of our guests from hotel (Bali Tamansari) to the airport
• Saturday August 12th – Need one 20 person bus to transport some of our guests from hotel (Bali Tamansari) to the airport

We may also need smaller vehicles with drivers throughout the week to transport our guests on individual excursions – so please provide rates for this as well.

We will to go to Bali on 17 Dec, 2016 Arrive at airport about 17.30 pm.
We need to check with you for the a mini bus rental with driver.

1. Pick up from airport to Ubud view Bangalow Hotel, 15 Adults and 1 Kid on Saturday 17 Dec, 2016.
2. One Day Tour mini bus Rental 10 hour on  Sunday 18 Dec, 2016.
3. One Day Tour mini bus Rental, Check-out from hotel ubud Then move to Bedrock Hotel Kuta on Mon 20 Dec, 2016.
4. Free (Tue 21 Dec, 2016)
5. Haft Day car rental and brig to ulawatu and airport. (Wed 21 Dec, 2016)

We need to check the price with you before and the mini bus type or you have the photo.

Can you tell us how much for rate price for mini bus and include all the item.

Hi Ketut,

This is Azie from Malaysia. As per our whatsapp conversation, i woild like to make booking for transportation and driver throughout our trip to Bali. Below are the details:

Arrival date/time in Bali: 14th Dec (wednesday) / 5pm

No. Of people: 4 adults + 2 kids (aged 8 and 10) + 1 baby (10 moths old)

Hotel / stay: to be confirmed. Planning to stay around seminyak for first 3 nights and around nusa dua/sanur the last 3 nights.

Departure date/time from Bali: 20th dec (tuesday) / 6:35pm. (Have to be at airport 2 hrs earlier)

We also need a car seat for the baby.

Appreciate if you could reply to confirm The type of vehicle and the charges to us.
